Digs Lettings & Management have managed and let student properties in Bristol since we opened our doors many moons ago! Our student properties range from studio apartments through to large 10 bedroom houses – allowing you to share with friends or live in peace on your own.
All of our properties meet current regulations and many are licensed HMO’s (Houses in Multiple Occupation) and registered with Bristol City Council. We offer the same high levels of service and charging structure to students as we do our professional properties.
Our student properties often let very quickly so it is really important to register your interest and book a viewing as soon as you see something that may meet your criteria.
